Are you going to trek in the Himalayas of Nepal and wanted to buy trekking equipment and clothing?  You can buy almost everything in Thamel, Kathmandu and in Pokhara at Lakeside. Clothing and Trekking Equipment from Nepal are famous not only for their low price but also for their good quality.

Take food and water?

At the height you need to drink 2 litres of water per day, so you should take water with you. In the mountains, you can also buy it. There are several points on the trekking routes where you can collect filtered water in your bottle for free. You can also get water in the lodge.

You can take chips, nuts, sneakers, tangerines and muesli bars. All this can be bought in the shops at shops on trekking route. Any snacks can be bought in the villages on the route, just the prices for them are a bit higher than in the valley.


What is not needed?

  • Sleeping bags: In such modest lodges we spent the night, clean blankets were everywhere
  • Headlamp. The flashlight was needed only once when through the dark they climbed Hill to meet the dawn.

Actually, a sleeping bag was not needed, because, In winter, there are few trekkers, so the linen and blankets in the lodges are clean. The main thing is to take thermal underwear for sleep.
