Alexis Mouledoux – USA

Thanks to a recommendation from a friend two girl friends and I decided to spend our three weeks in Nepal on a Sahara Holidays Nepal tour. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Gopal, Basu and Prem took care of us like family. We were not customers but friends. They were very flexible and let us rearrange our tour to include paragliding and an extra day in Pokhara. They took us to dinner at local restaurants, which we preferred to the overpriced, touristy places. We had two wonderful days in Kathmandu where we were shown around by an incredibly knowledgeable tour guide. After we went to Pokhara where we went paragliding and had a boat ride on the beautiful lake. We went on a five day trek on the Annapurna circuit. This was my favorite part of our tour. Basu and Prem made sure that we were always taken care of and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We then went white water rafting and then on to Chitwan national park for a safari. After we finished there we went to Nagarkot for a night outside of Kathmandu. We had a wonderful time, we really enjoyed spending time with our tour guides and their friends. After we finished with our tour we still have three days left to recoup and relax in Kathmandu. Gopal graciously offered us a discount rate at a guesthouse that he owns in town. Upon our departure from Nepal our friends gave us parting gifts and big hugs as we left for the airport. We were all truly sad to be leaving such great new friends. There are so many tour companies that treat their customers as commodities. We never felt that way with Sahara Holidays. We felt like family. If you are looking for a tour company in Nepal that will cater to your needs and expectations, where you will make wonderful friends I truly recommend Sahara Holiday Nepal Treks. Alexis Mouledoux USA.
